This Refund Policy governs the use of jenniferflores.mykajabi.com (the "Site"). This Site is owned and operated by Jennifer Flores. This Site is an ecommerce website.

Terms of Participation:

Please read carefully. By purchasing this product, you agree to the following terms & conditions.

Program:

Jennifer Flores will provide the program Room Design Simplified in a password protected members area. You will have access to the members area as long as the program exists. In the event that Jennifer Flores decides to close the Program, Jennifer Flores will provide 30 days notice for members to download the resources in the members area - meaning lifetime access to content.

Fees:

You agree to pay the following fees with purchase of Room Design Simplified.

You will pay a single payment of $119 USD. You will be automatically charged. You may not cancel this payment unless you have received a Refund through the Refund Policy listed below.

Refund Eligibility:

Refunds are not eligible for students who have already received the 1:1 design review session.

To be eligible for a refund for Room Design Simplified, you must:

Provide written explanation of why this program did not work for you and send to [email protected]
Submit your request for refund within 14 days of receiving access to the course content

We will not provide refunds for any requests we receive more than 14 days after receiving access to the course content. After day 14, all payments are non-refundable and you are responsible for full payment of the fee.
